Because most of our collection is made to order, please allow approximately three weeks for production. Once your keepsakes are complete, our team carefully packages each order and prepares it for its journey to you.
We also offer rush production on most items for those moments that are coming up a little sooner. Rush production options are available on eligible products pages.
Please keep production time in mind when planning for a special occasion, and don't hesitate to reach out if you're unsure whether your order will arrive in time. We're always happy to help.
Because our keepsakes are personalized specifically for your family, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
We encourage you to carefully review all names, spelling, dates, and customizations before completing your order. To help ensure every detail is just right, our team follows a multi-step process to review personalization details throughout production.
If Something Isn't Right
We know that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, and we're here to help. For any of these situations, please let us know within 10 days of delivery and include a photo so our team can quickly understand what happened and determine the best way to help.We know how important the moments our keepsakes become a part of are, and we want you to be more than happy with your Namesake pieces.
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We'll review it and work with you to make it right.
We are happy to work with you on a remake. Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, a new order will need to be purchased. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline and work with you on the timing of the remake, especially when your keepsake is needed for a special occasion.
Please let us know within 10 days of delivery with a photo and a description of the issue. We will remake your piece and send the replacement with rush production at no additional cost to you.
